  • 1/2 cup McCann's® Quick Cooking Irish Oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup chopped cherries
  1. Beat butter and sugar together. Stir in the honey. Add the oatmeal and half the flour. Mix in the cherries. Work in the rest of the flour with fingers until dough is formed.
  2. Shape into small balls and place on a baking pan, allowing space for them to spread. Bake in a preheated oven 350°F for approximately 12 minutes.
