  1. Prepare coffee in a French Press (preferred) or brew as directed.
  2. In a blender, combine the uncooked oatmeal, flaxseed and banana.
  3. Add ice cubes, and pour in the milk and coffee.
  4. Blend for 30 seconds, or until smooth.
  5. Pour into glass and enjoy!
