Start your morning off with “zoats” — a tasty way to add veggies to your breakfast oatmeal. The hearty taste of zucchini bread in half the time. Customize to your liking by adding your favorite toppings.


Optional Toppings

  • Sliced almonds or chopped walnuts, assorted fresh and/or dried fruits


  1. Add milk and Veggie Spirals Zucchini to medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Stir in Quick Cooking Rolled Irish Oats, maple syrup, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  3. Simmer 1 minute, remove from heat and let stand until desired thickness.
  4. Serve with toppings.
