Add cauliflower to all your favorite meals including breakfast! This simple recipe blends cauliflower in with your McCann’s® Irish Oats — you will not believe that the cauliflower is even there!


Optional Toppings

  • Sliced almonds or chopped walnuts, assorted fresh and/or dried fruits, coconut flakes, chocolate chips


  1. Add milk and Riced Veggies Cauliflower to medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and stir in Quick Cooking Rolled Irish Oats, maple syrup, cinnamon and nutmeg.

  3. Simmer 1 minute, remove from heat and let stand until desired thickness.
  4. Serve with toppings.
